Zagg provides a very personal service for Sunshine Coast businesses. As a local web design company we are able to meet in person, and work hard to go beyond the standard template for the client to populate. Working with companies to do whatever we can to finish a project to the highest standard. Even with a high level of service and superior designs we still tend to dominate the local market on price too. A good pricing formular that we use as a yardstick is

We work on a first come first served basis. Zagg design team work hard to ensure that projects are completed in a week or two. We will let you know if your site will take longer based on functionality requirements or if we have a large backlog. As a company in demand we would often have a week backlog. If you do have a looming deadline, let us know and we will see if we can pull out all stops and as a team pull together on a few evenings or weekends.

Initially it will be good to have a meeting. This will give us the chance to ask a few questions about your business and get a feel for what makes you different to your competitors. After this meeting we will try to take any logo, copy or images that you currently have. We will happily source stock images, or can arrange for our in-house photographer, or copywriter help to fill in any gaps. Our goal is to make it as simple as possible for our clients.

A huge trend in Web Design is for clients to have control of their website. To be able to take a website to another designer, if ever needed. Or to be able to make changes themselves are the two key aspects of control. We want our clients to have control of their site. We use open source platforms that any good web designer will be able to pick up – not a custom system that only we can use. We also provide a simple back end for clients with training or videos to refer back to.

Building a good website is a smart long term investment. There are very few ongoing costs, compared to most other forms of traditional advertising. The only cost to maintain a website is the cost of the domain name renewal and the hosting, which includes backups of the site and support in maintaining the site live and free of hackers. Zagg provide all these services for a flat fee of $22 per month.
